Job Requirements:

- Previous escrow experience is highly desired; knowledge of escrow procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in opening and processing escrow orders.
- Ordering demands and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Sending escrow opening packages to clients.
- Managing client files, property records, and inquiries.
- Scanning, organizing, and maintaining documents.
- Answering phones, addressing client questions, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Preparing detailed reports and spreadsheets for sales and property inventory.
- Signing checks, sending wires, and coordinating financial disbursements (Escrow Officer responsibility).

Additional Information:
- Salary Range: $27 - $35 per hour
